Father Chris Weber was raised in Brunswick at St. Ambrose Parish and graduated from Padua HS in 1982. He has a sister and two brothers along with two nieces & two nephews - they all live here locally in the Cleveland area. His father is deceased and his mother was able to remarry and lives in Bradenton FL with her husband.
He attended Ashland University and earned a BS in Education. He taught High School Biology at Padua and Trinity high schools and Jr. High Science for two years at St. James School in Lakewood. He was ordained in 2002 and has served at the following parishes: St. Joan of Arc in Chagrin Falls - parochial vicar, St. Philomena & Christ the King in E. Cleveland - administrator, St. Mary's in Berea - parochial vicar, Immaculate Conception in Willoughby - pastor, and now here at St. Columbkille - parochial vicar. “Certainly I know & have always known of St. Columbkille's reputation; the parish is widely known as a community with much to offer. While attending Padua I would have known classmates from here. And being a former teacher I am very eager to get into the school and to be present at PSR; to spend time with our students and teachers”.
